Reached a big milestone... ONEderland! Eating within my calories def is the magic trick. No more messing up... I love seeing a one in my weight. I weighed at the end of the day, I'm on AF, and I was drenched from my workout... I'm sure it is actually a lower number. Yayyy
199.8 lb Lost so far: 40.2 lb.    Still to go: 49.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
