Yay another loss....come on body you can do it- should of probably paid more attention to my food diary- shall start again today and then hopefully another loss:

so 2 apples
2 coffee
2 teas
1 spinach paprika omelette
minced beef and salsa salad

i think thats it!
148.2 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
