Day 1 of extreme tracking of my carbs, sugars, fat, calories.... Have been calorie tracking for a long time, but I want to find the right combo to promote weight loss. I've been eating between 1550 to 1650 calories a day and I am Maintaining but ready to have some more weight come off! Right now I do not know if I should increase calories or decrease....so here we go!
