Today I got my 8 weeks schedule for my 10k, I am getting really excited for this, I have only been running again for 3 weeks, but it comes back so quickly. I can run 3 miles straight, and when I am done I am still full of energy and not out of breath, so I am excited,

I am in the best shape I have ever been my whole life!! My new eating plan is going good, no while flour its actually been pretty easy.

You're such an inspiration! I'm hoping I'll be able to run a 5 & 10K w/in the next year. But first I just have to face down jogging for 20 mins straight next week, lol. I'm doing the C25K program & so far so good. Will be starting week 5 this next week. I think you're going to do great in the 10K as you're proving you still got it! Congrats! And the no white flour really isn't a hard thing to give up. Glad it's been easy for you as well! = )
