Beginning to adhere to an "anti-inflammatory" diet with lots of WHOLE foods...... I'd not been weighing in and gained like 5 lbs.... I dropped them in the last couple of days and I'm definitely EATING! Feels great! Wonder what next week's weigh-in will be like for me?!? The book I'm reading is called Clean Cuisine an 8-week anti-inflammatory nutrition program that will change the way you age, look & feel by Ivy Ingram Larson and Andrew Larson, MD, FACS, FASMBS .... Though, I've not officially begun the 8-week program, I'm already implementing what I know. I'm feeling good!
