Today went good, I have started the No S's Diet and I think this could be a good one for me. I decided to cut out all of the softies (Coke) from my current diet and today I was soo tempted and now know how hard it is going to be. I have't really done any aerobics but hope to start as soon as I raise my energy levels a bit. Sounds like a copout doesn't it....
