I started running 2 weeks ago, love it! This morning before work I ran 5K straight, no stopping to walk. It took approx 38 minutes. Burned almost 500 calories and thats not including the 270 from the elliptical prior to running. I feel awesome. I'm wearing a size 10 jean today and loving every second of it. St Pattys pub crawl is next weekend and I want to be wearing my bday gift pants. Oh yeah!!!
171.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.9 lb a week
