I lost 2 lbs this week. Yay!. I need to get into the gym more. I've done 1hr workout 4 days out of the week. Need to step it up to 6 days.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congrats!!! Is it hard doing aerobic for 1 hour?? I find it hard to do 40 min. Did you wourk up to that or is it different workouts?? I think I need to attempt it

I take the aerobic classes at 24 fitness. I especially like Zumba. The time goes by fast.
