How can I say fell-off-the-wagon in any other way but a 20kg weight gain? I am so miserable and have now found my way back to fatsecret hoping that I can get the weight back off. I know where I have gone wrong - drinking 3 can cokes a day, a chocolate bar and at least 4 pieces white bread, A DAY - and now need to get back on track and stop indulging in all of my cravings. I am better than this, I've lost it before and now start on my journey to lose it again. Now to get motivated :)
