Frustrated because yesterday I cancelled a procedure for Monday. I had to be at or under a specific BMI and I didn't think I'd get there by then (required losing 8#). Well as of this morning I've only got 2 to go. And it's too late to get the appt back 😢
354.6 lb Lost so far: 44.1 lb.    Still to go: 130.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
