My goal is to lose my belly. I dont want to lose my weigh for I like my weight. What I am doing as of Monday the 4th is speed walking and climbing hills near my neighboorhood for about 40- 1hr a day and everyother day doing ab workout for 20-30 mins. I am alos wathcing my calories though I dont know what I should be doing if I should eat less calories to get rid of my belly or eat the calories I need to maintain my weight since I only want to lose my belly not weight.

Its now the end of the day and total cals I eat is esti. 2046
