I'm really excited to have found this wesite to help me achieve my weightloss goals. I decided to get back on track with my health and weight. Mostly because of feeling uncomfortable that my close don't fit properly due to weight gain. I also want to take care of my health and have energy. When I try to find something to where for the day I get depressed due to the weight I've gained. I'm still learning how to aet, what to eat, how much to eat, ect... I look forward to the support and tips from this site.

Well the good news is you don't have a lot to lose, the bad news is it's going to take the same level of effort regardless of how much you need to lose. But, your head space is in the right place and as long as you diligent to guard that you will certainly have success! I wish success. Go for it girl, you can do it!
