Went to a chamber mixer. Had a few goodies. Refuse to get derailed. Progress.... Not perfection. Made some healthier choices and still lost. yay. Entered the food I ate, and forced myself to weigh in to check the damage... My best guesstimates were entered in on the food diary. Did ok.. Doc said if you are going off stick to protein... And I did.
158.9 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 06 March 2013:
1210 kcal Fat: 66.44g | Prot: 79.21g | Carb: 83.33g.   Breakfast: blue diamond roasted salted almonds, mccormick vanilla, truvia, Twinlab protien powder vanilla, almond breeze unsweetened, ice, spinach, coffee, 1% milk, Quaker old fashioned oatmel. Lunch: portabella mushroom cap, garlic, avocado, olive oil, hellman's real, president feta crumbled, cucumber, quinoa, broiled chicken breast. Dinner: Yellow squash, Zucchini , Olive oil, Romano, feta. Snacks/Other: roasted garlic hummus sabra, celery. more...
