Been back on track, doing well. Going to the Theme Parks tomorrow, so lots of walking! And riding coasters! Wheee! Can't wait! Stress relief and fun, just what we need! Will do the best I can with food while there. Usually Saturdays are my one day "off", but since I blew it a day or two this week, I will keep a close eye on what I eat.
