I did all right yesterday even though there were temptations everywhere. It was Canada Day! What do you expect?
I went out to the lake and even got to take in the fireworks last night. It was really nice to watch them, although this morning, I am dead beat.
I have been having some pretty severe symptoms with my stomach aches lately. On Monday, I was in the hospital for severe cramping too. I had to have two shots of morphine to get the pain to go away.
I don't like those kinds of painkillers because I always gain weight with them. I always do. I try to stay as natural as possible with my diet and whatever pain medicine I take. It isn't always easy, but I try.
