My hub called about 5:30....had a rough day....let's go out for dinner...sure...
OF COURSE, I OVERATE!!! I cannot seem to remember from one second to the next that I am supposed to be cutting this stuff out! more time...try, try again!

I know that you will be on this wagon with me and will stay on it to a healthier place. We need to do this...every time we say 'one more time' is a good thing. At least we haven't given up. Start every day over if you have to. The awareness will increase and slowly it will give you a better way to handle the cravings and poor choices out there. Keep at it. If we give up we really won't ever have a chance of being healthier. One day, moment at a time. Love you. K

I too love to eat out at a good restaurant. Just learned that we get 47 extra points per week, so that should get you back to a good place to take off from again! :) I am posting all of my food while on WW.
