New Month and the saga continues! Slight weight loss from last Monday. :D
Had a good day today..Instead of the normal exercise on the stationary bike - went on a Nature Walk/Hike in the hills off Sunset Blvd... Everything hurts legs, stomach, back, butt all that.. I used my sisters hiking sticks to help me along the way.. Twins had a ball! On the way home got them something to eat, got home - they ate, we all took very much needed showers and now I am relaxing.
I am ohhh soo tired. I know I am going to pay for this body ache in the morning. I made sure I took my medicine (arthritis meds) tonight - if not I won't be able to move in the morning.

Hope everyone had a great day! If weighed in today - hope you had great numbers.

Have a great night! I'm going to get some rest. Nite Nite

Dorothy - I've only seen those 'hills' on Bravo and other reality shows; do you have a secret glamourous life? lol lol Hiking with my boys when they were little guys was a favorite activity. (Our neighborhood was next to a forest that had been made into a greenway with a network of trails that we could use to get to other parts of town.) I bet you are aching in a good way this morning! I can only imagine how tough those hills were with your scoliosis and the twins, you are my HERO!

LOL LOL.. Darri, you are too funny!! Actually the hills we were walking/exploring were surrounding some beautiful glamorous homes! :D The hiking was so nice and it was a great change from the everyday bike ride.. Those hiking sticks definitely helped - I had to hold my back straight the entire hike, but it paid off.. Yes, the body is in pain right now, not as bad as I thought it would be - thank goodness for my pain and arthritis meds! heeheee.. Last night once I sat down it was hard to get up! lol lol lol.. My sister and I have said that we will be hiking again! I can't wait!

Dorothy sounds like a great work out and a nice change. What a way to change things up too! Hope you are not suffering too much for it and that your body responded in a positive manner.

Dorothy great workout! They say that our muscles remember everything we do (God forbid! :) ). This workout probably will do the trick and make the 1 pound go away. Hope you did hurt too much today.

Yes Jaime and Figure26.. It was a great workout! The muscles did alot of remembering but I was achy for a few days..lol lol.. As I said before thank goodness for the pain and arthritis medicine (big smile) .. The change in the exercise was great! Felt soo good to be out in that environment and to have the wonderful scenery around me made it awesome.. I am hoping that I can do the hiking at least 2x a month.. Oh yeah and Figure26 - it did take some ounces off! :D
