Day 1 and i am staying strong i havent broke yet. Doing my workout tonight was harder then usual though because i was crampy and sore, I dont know if its just cuz my body is going through change or what. I start a new exercise tomorrow im excited about it. We see how it goes hopefully by then my stomach isnt cramping anymore.
