Yay!! I finally got my yoga in!! it was only for 10mins but I got some alone time.. finally!! I hope to do at least 10 mins every night before bed. It might help me to relax. Let's see nothing really new.. just same ol same..ol.. tomorrow I plan to start loggin in my food. I have been eating like there's no tomorrow. Well I found out that the dumb cleanse I was doing, I was doing it all WRONG! Yep, it helps to read the instructions.:( Duh I am so annoyed at myself. This is probably why I wasn't feeling good at all. So I was wondering why the 24 day challenge on Advocare has never made me feel like this before. I didn't even bother to read the info!! I tried it last year and it was so awesome, well this year they have added some things to it.. So tomorrow MONDAY the 4th, I will pick up where I left off on the challenge. Shit I paid good money to do this, at this point its a waste of money if I don't commit to it.
