Well this is week one of restarting my diet. I am trying to lose 20 pounds in 17 weeks that is very doable. This week I can only eat 1351 calories per day and I have been doing really good at that. I should lose about a pound and a half this week...which is better then nothing! So I am going to stick to this for once and I see if I can be 185.04 Tuesday at Weight Watchers that is my small goal for the week.

Thank you! Well I went over today. A lady at work brought in Panera bread bagels, how could I not have one :) Oh well tomorrow is a new day and I am going to stay on track!
