I have till April 27th to lose at least 10 lbs. I'm starting to try the Fast Diet, which is two days of fasting a week. 5/2. It's good to feel some hunger and I need to break the sugar addiction.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
