I have finally entered the 200's!!!! I am thrilled. I've been working hard at getting my workout room done. Painting will be done today then I will have to clean, decorate, and put the furniture in place.
297.6 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 157.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

YEAH, I knew you could do it, congradulations!!! I knew you just needed to look at sodium and choices! IT takes time to figure out what you are doing but little by little your headed in the right direction! High five!
