Ok, that is it! I am only going to weigh myself once a week from now on. I find myself climbing onto the scale five or six times a day! I take any little budge of that dial that I can get. Today, I just stepped off and decided not to even try after spending 2 minutes leaning and adjusting my feet to try to make it move lower! My scale is awful, I don't think it is a good one, and I don't think it is designed for people my size. I don't think it is good for me to weigh myself all the time like that. I get so discouraged so easily. So, a new challenge: only weigh once a week!
