Ok, that is it! I am only going to weigh myself once a week from now on. I find myself climbing onto the scale five or six times a day! I take any little budge of that dial that I can get. Today, I just stepped off and decided not to even try after spending 2 minutes leaning and adjusting my feet to try to make it move lower! My scale is awful, I don't think it is a good one, and I don't think it is designed for people my size. I don't think it is good for me to weigh myself all the time like that. I get so discouraged so easily. So, a new challenge: only weigh once a week!


Diet Calendar Entry for 05 August 2010:

Make sure you weigh the same time every week, though. Pick a day and weigh yourself first thing in the morning (very first thing). I've also found myself hitting the scale too often, but I've decided to hop on right after getting out of bed and not again until the next morning.
