I have lost a total of 6 lbs since starting the Atkins "diet"!!! I don't like calling it a "diet" because I don't feel like I'm on a diet. I never knew I could feel so much better just by changing a few things in my diet.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 02 March 2013:
919 kcal Fat: 59.06g | Prot: 69.25g | Carb: 29.54g.   Breakfast: atkins hazelnut bar, creamer, coffe. Lunch: cauliflower, mayo, onions. Dinner: light mayo, lettuce, parmesan cheese, mozzarella, cheddar cheese, bacon, Honey Smoked Turkey Breast. Snacks/Other: peanut caramel cluster bar, atkins shake. more...
