The pounds are coming off!!!! Down another 2 lbs for a total of 8 lbs since 2/18/13. And down 4 inches in my waist, 2.5 in hips and 1 inch from my chest!!!! Starting Phase 2 of Atkins- OWL Added in nuts- started w/ 3 tbl of sunflower seeds to a mixed green salad.
