The pounds are coming off!!!! Down another 2 lbs for a total of 8 lbs since 2/18/13. And down 4 inches in my waist, 2.5 in hips and 1 inch from my chest!!!!
Starting Phase 2 of Atkins- OWL
Added in nuts- started w/ 3 tbl of sunflower seeds to a mixed green salad.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1624 kcal Fat: 111.81g | Prot: 107.75g | Carb: 42.84g.   Breakfast: coffe, blue diamond almond milk, precision engineered protein powder, half & half. Lunch: radishes, blue cheese dressing, hulled sunflower seeds, mixed green salad, black olives, jack cheese, cucumber. Dinner: green salad, ground beef, Monterey Jack Cheese with Jalapeno, daisy sour cream, mashed avocado, salsa, radishes, cucumber, tomatoes. Snacks/Other: atkins bar, atkins peanut butter cups. more...
