I marked sedentary for my lifestyle because I have plantar fasciitis, of which a cause or at least contributing factor is excess weight, so I started this diet to feel better. On top of that, I have lost my self-confidence feeling so unattractive. I want to start exercising again as soon as my feet have recovered, which seems to be happening slowly. I have lost 9 pounds in the past month or six weeks by counting calories. I wasn't diligent enough in the beginning, but when I started seeing results, I improved and have been staying on the diet pretty well in the past week. I am now hopeful but also fearful that I will fall off the wagon.
