ok, so, i forgot all about this page and taking care of myself because i got really busy with kids. I was happy being just plain old auntie and now i'm mommy to 4 beautiful kids. I'm now foster mom to my 2 nieces and 2 nephews. That's no excuse. but, i need to get healthy so that i have energy to play with my kids. Man I really need help and a big kick in the rear lol. I hope I do this and am successful at changing my life
296.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 146.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
on diet Calorie Count   gaining 0.1 lb a week

Wow, what an opportunity to show your "kids" good eating habits! Just plan your healthy meals to include them and with all your running around taking care of them, your exercise journal will get some recording times!!! I admire you for taking in your nieces and nephews. Record, record, record your food. Keeps you aware of what goes in your mouth. Good luck Carol!
