Breakfast: Strawberry Parfait Breakfast Smoothie from Bolhouse Farms, banana slices with "Kashi Strawberry Fields" cereal on a small plate.

My first time on a diet and I chose March 1, 2013 to be the time to go on it. I'm working on getting a flat stomach this month. And trying to loss weight from 120 to 98. I miss being 98lb
Hopefully this breakfast is good for the "flat tummy" diet..
