Started 9/9 weighed in at 191.2 down 2 pounds as of 9/16 counting calories doing exercise. If I can be at a deficit of 3,500 calories per week it definitely worked for this past week. I was at 7,700 deficit and I still was able to eat ice cream and pasta. I was hungry at times so I still have to tweak some things and get some other ideas for snacks and mainly lunch is my issue.
