ok ok ok I start and stop and start and stop. It's been almost 4 years since I said, "Losing weight will be so much easier than quitting smoking so I'm not going to worry about gaining a few pounds to quit." BUT I was WRONG. Not only did I gain weight, I gained new/different bad habits. I still haven't smoked but I really want to stop the yo-yo-ing. Just started a new job with regular hours and hoping that will help me learn to get into a routine. It's been a month and I've been better on portion control but still weak on exercising. Hoping to exercise 3x/week. Hoping to stick to a healthy lifestyle. Toes & Fingers crossed~ xxxxx
