I did not stay on my diet this past week. Wedding shower with yummy cupcakes and bbq and I ate all of it. Well, this week it is time to stay with it.
371.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 191.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
