Just pissed off today. I used a scale in town and it said I weighed 206 lbs. I know when I started the diet I hadn't weighed on a scale for a couple months or more but I just assumed I only weighed 199 lbs like I did the last time I weighed. So when I weighed in at 206 on the scales in town I was mad. I had shorts, tee, bra, undies, sandals, and wet hair but I don't think that would make a 7 pound difference. I have been really good with the diet. Considering the calculator online says I need to eat 2000 calories to lose a 1/2 lb a week and I have been stick to 1500 or less (occasionally over). But for the most part I have been doing good. I thought for sure i had lost something. So I don't know if I had my original start weight wrong or if I have actually gained. :( And it doesn't help that I am in a poor mood today anyways. I am so ready for bed.
