I am recording my new wieght. I have gained a full 10 pounds since the last time I recorded my weight. Needless to say that my goal of being 170 by March 31, 2013 is no longer a realistic goal. I am not sure why I am so anxious. I mean I do know why I am anxious. I just need to not let what is happening affect me.

I am going to be leving on my trip soon, I have four weeks to at least get back to my starting weight. I need to be able to do this. If I can loose at least 15 pounds I will be very happy. I would like to be no more than 210 by the time I get on that plane.

I had a conversation with my sister this morning and we were discussing the issue of weight loss and how hard it is to maintain at a healthy weight. Especially when you love food. I will admit, I like to eat. The problem is that I like to eat all the things are relly bad for you such as, cakes, cookies, breads all the starchy stuff that can make a person really sick. However, I mentioned that we have to make an effort especially because we have children. It is not fair to our children for us to become sick over something that can be avoided. All it takes is watching what you eat and becoming active.
I know I can manage to do that, I just need to keep my children in mind whenever I have the urge to run to the deli and pick up a bagel.
My daughters deserve better, they deserve a mother that is going to be around for a long time. A mother that is going to be able to help them as they grow older and have children of their own, not someone that they will have to look after.

So to that I will drink my water!
226.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
