1200 Calories's Journal, 25 February 2013

Ugh, I gained weight. So not happy about this. I thought I was doing well sticking pretty close to 1200 calories most days. I didn't do much exercise so I am hoping if I get on track with exercise I will see some weight loss.
157.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
