I have been doing this diet for a couple weeks but once I found this, it makes it easier to track my progress.
I have breast cancer metastasis which went to the brain and I had a large tumor removed. I have read up on this diet as a possible help for not only controlling tumor growth but for feeding the brain. There are quite a few clinical trials going on right now.
While I realize there are no miracle cures, I have believed for a long time how diet affects out health.
So here I am. And hoping to connect with others here on the same diet.
