Need to get more exercise done each day, but at least the weight on scale is still headed in the downward direction.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey, welcome back. I've been MIA for a while and missed your return. I'm just starting to get back on too. You were always my motivation so maybe now I can keep it up. I've gone wheat/sugar free. So much like Atkins. First 3 days and I lost 2.6 lbs and feel so much better. No more bloating and cramps. Now if only I could get my butt back on the treadmill.

I know that feeling. I'm using a vacation in March to motivate me, but I'm still struggling with getting back on my treadmill. BTW 2.6 lbs in 3 days is awesome! It's great to head in a downhill direction on the scale, isn't it? ;) Thanks for being here to offer support! I've noticed this type of thing always works better when you have a great support network.
