I am starting to feel lighter. I realize the fat I put on and it does not feel good. I still need to increase my water intake. I am feeling hungry in the evenings, and wish to snack. Need to find some food that will keep me satiated.
202.5 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
