Kept the same weight for 2 days may need to do some cardio to burn some fat.
200.6 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet nsunesara's own diet   losing 3.3 lb a week
