Today will be a good day, as it is a fasting day (lent) so I will be able to keep my calorie count down. How I follow my diet, not too well. Have been binge eating.....awful! But I did ride my bike yesterday. That was a plus.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.5 lb a week
