I was going to say the same thing. One step at at time. Break the weight down in to small achievable goals. It's a marathon, not a 5k. There's no giant reward to those that get there the fastest. So find a plan that you can live with and is sustainable for life. Get active! Even if you don't enjoy exercising, you will find the more you do it, the more it becomes a part of your life (like brushing your teeth). So many different kinds of activity out there. Be proactive and find out all you can on nutrition and exercise. You CAN do this!
