I really need to get my shit together and get back on track. Work schedules and sleeping patterns have been hella crazy lately and it seems I am using those things as an excuse to not exercise. I'm still very aware of how many calories I am in-taking (although some days I seem to care less than others) but I need to start recording everything again. And work out. So, here's to getting back on the wagon (and taking over the reins this time!)
