Dang your already a skinny minnie! You don't have much left to lose and are already at a low weight. You may need to get strict with your diet and kick up your exercise. Track all your food. Watch the bites, licks and tastes! Drink your water! If you don't exercise, and can, start! If you do, kick it up a notch. Up duration or intensity! Upping intensity burns more calories and fat. Up your protein and high fiber to help with fat loss. If you are doing WW, then keep it at 26pts (assuming that is what your at) and make the food you are eating clean whole foods. Watch your sodium intake. You can do it!
