I'd almost forgotten how different working out feels when you're not dropping weight. Good session yesterday, and fun to see numbers moving north again, instead of just swimming against the dietary tide to maintain strength. New PR on squats, and the bench press is inching its way back to pre-injury levels - although I still have a feeling that surgery is inevitable. That can be worried about another day though.

Small problem on the horizon - the squat stands I bought a year and a half ago are only rated to 300 pounds. I thought that was future-proofed for much longer than it has turned out to be....

Your numbers are amazing! Good job on staying so focused. Hope your shoulder gets well without surgery. Keep up the PT.

Wow, 3 x 180 bench. Congrats on that squat PR. Your numbers are crazy good. I think were needing new pics. Hope you're having great fun. Diet looks great too.
