Figured it was time to check the weight, three weeks after ending my cut. Up 4 pounds - I expected 5. The first time I ended a cut, about a year and a half ago, I got 10-12 pounds in 2 weeks before it leveled off. But those were extreme circumstances; it's much more by-the-book this time around.

The plan this time is to go through another 20 lb bulk/10 lb cut cycle, which should be roughly 10-12 months/3 months.

2285 kcal Fat: 77.43g | Prot: 185.57g | Carb: 277.43g.   Breakfast: tomato, blueberries, eggland's best large, quest bar, meijer dry roasted peanuts, vegetable medley, dannon light & fit greek. Lunch: broccoli slaw, eggland's best large, strawberries, plum, tomato, spinach, bumble bee salmon, cocoa roast almonds. Dinner: john morrell, onion, green pepper, jiffy pizza crust, contadina pizza sauce, dannon light & fit greek, meijer mozzarella. Snacks/Other: Extra Dessert Delights Sugarfree Gum - Mint Chocolate Chip, Protein Bar - Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, trutein, planters natural, blue diamond coconut, quest bar, ben & jerrys greek, plum. more...

I'm guessing around 13% or so - abs are visible but blurry.
