Good for you! It takes time to learn the program, but it allows you to eat a good balanced diet. I tend to eat lower carb on the program because I lose better. Read all your materials. Get in your daily lean proteins, lean dairy, fruits, veggies and oils. Watch your sodium intake (processed foods like frozen meals tend to have a lot)! Drink your water! Track every bite, lick and taste (my downfall)! Measuring cups, spoons and a food scale can be your best friend. It may sound like a lot at first, but it is eye opening to see what proper servings are and how much we overeat. It might help to plan out a couple of breakfasts and lunches the first few weeks, so you know the points. Good luck!
