Reality check! I weighed in yesterday and I think I'm depressed!
I can only do this 1 day at a time, because when I look at the weight I need to lose, I get overwhelmed. 1 day and 1 step at a time. :)
I can only succeed with God's help! We can move mountains with God's help! :)
