Seeking Grace's Journal, 20 February 2013

The past few days has been horrible. I got so depressed and just could not stay the course. Lord I need help in losing this weight. I pray for your guidance.

Dear Seeking Grace, Sorry to hear you got off course. The important thing is to get back on. Don't let a few days spoil all the hard work you have done. We ALL have days like that. The imporatant thing is to think about what you might be able to change next time. Like I have to say to myself ONE MEAL AT A TIME. Try to make the best decision you can at each meal.
