I felt I had a decent day with eating calories...I got up to 800 calories but then had a small bowl of rice and beans that I really made for my husband. IDK how many calories that was but I don't think it will kill my hardwork. Did a JM DVD and about to go to the gym to do day 7 (Legs) of Kris Gethin's 12 week transformation. I know lifting had def improved my strength in how much easier the JM DVDs are. Off to the gym I go to get it in.
