Jogged longer this morning, and feeling sweaty and a little tired, but strangely energized. I think it's doing as much for my self esteem as for my belly! I really like thinking to myself, "I'm jogging now!" I am so getting rid of the rest of this fat, and doing it the healthy way. Feels so great.

Isn't it funny how you can feel tired, yet pumped up at the same time after exercising like that?! Good job with the jogging-- I can't do it! Keep it up!
