Turns out that changing your diet to your metabolic type makes life REALLY easy and makes you lose weight really fast as long as you stick to the foods recommended for you. Best part is that it does not involve hunger at all.

Also, tracking what you eat makes it east to see where you are eating wrong and what proportions of carbs/proteins/fat very helpful!!
